Our Company 
System Power Gear is a leading custom control panel
manufacturer in Bangalore, India. Founded in 1987, System Power
Gear builds electric control panels and electrical equipments as
per client specifications.
System Power Gear’s custom control panel shop occupies a
5000 sq.ft. of individual office, fabricating & painting area
with oven painting facilities, assembling and testing of panels.
During these years System Power Gear have executed major
orders directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers / users and
as well as through leading Electrical Consultants, Builders &
Government Organizations. We have tested our panel in CPRI for
50 KA Short Circuit test, with temperature rise test as per IS
8623/Per No.1-1993. Our panels are in use successfully in
various large industries in all over India & abroad also. We are
enclosing herewith the complete profile of our organization,
products in our manufacturing range, type test reports, test
certificate of our products.
System Power Gear - In-house Sheet-metal Fabrication We have ample work space to handle large jobs. System Power Gear in-house sheet metal shop provides customers shorter lead times and greater flexibility for customized fabrication. Panel Shop equipment includes CNC punch press, brakes, shear, and (4) complete welding stations. System Power Gear fabrication shop produces over 1,000 enclosures each year.Our CEO - Mr. J. Mr. J. Muthukrishnan is
the CEO of System Power Gear. He is basically a Engineering
graduate having over 25 years of experience in this field. He
has a sound technical knowledge in Panel designing and
Production. Before venturing into System Power Gear, he has
gained the experience with various reputed industries and with
his own capacities, himself in Panel designing, production and
Project Costing. Quality is his prime concern. At System Power
Gear he is looking after Corporate Planning, Production,
Finance, Administration, Marketing and HRD functions.
